How It Works — Earn Life XP

1) Set goals

Pick 2–5 daily goals (e.g., Walk 10,000 steps, Read 20 minutes, Deep work 60 minutes).

2) Add point rules

Tell the system how to score:

  • 10,000 steps → 100 XP
  • 5,000–9,999 steps → 50 XP
  • 0–4,999 steps → 0 XP (optional penalties available)

3) Log your actions

Log manually or via integrations (manual is fine to start). The system records the value for that day.

4) Earn points & streaks

Daily XP is calculated from your rules. Hitting the pass threshold (e.g., 80 XP) adds to your streak. Lifetime XP determines your level (e.g., every +1000 XP = +1 level).

Scoring at a glance

  • Daily pass: default 80 XP (customizable)
  • Streak reset: if you miss a pass day
  • Levels: cumulative XP / 1000 + 1 (configurable)

Tip: Start with one movement goal + one learning goal. Add more later.
